In factories that purchase 75% and 50% sulfuric acid, we have equipment that can produce diluted sulfuric acid from 98% sulfuric acid at our own facility. Sulfuric acid is used for many applications, but it is also a chemical that is difficult to handle during dilution due to the enormous heat generated. Our sulfuric acid dilution system is designed to meet the requirements for high precision (specific gravity accuracy ±0.005) and corrosion resistance in operations involving the mixing/dilution of concentrated sulfuric acid. Since all dilution operations are performed inline, there are no environmental pollution issues caused by liquid fume generation. In particular, our sulfuric acid dilution system employs a circulation method that minimizes scale buildup in the heat exchanger, allowing for the production of stable concentration diluted sulfuric acid.
